- Wet hair and apply ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO directly to the scalp.
- Work into a lather, focusing on the scalp.
- Leave on for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, use at least twice a week.

Worked really well for me. I looked the ingredients before purchasing. None of the ingredients blocked pours. Not sure about whether it has fungal triggers but so far it hasn't caused any type of dermatitis or irritation. Leaves my hair soft too.
