I had these when they were made just for the chin and really think they did a tad bit of lifting, nothing is a perfect fix but I have a strong jaw line and as I age eeeeks!! dare I say jowels so I'm willing to try anything. When I used them before I'd wear for an hour or more before getting ready to go out and even though it's temporary but again, I feel in small measure they do help and worth grabbing the chin and cheek, when they quit selling them for just the chin. Hope that helps.
