How to Use
- Shake brow pen before use
Apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas in the direction of hair growth using light pressure - Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into a spoolie brush and remove excess product
- Brush a small amount through the brow using the spoolie to tame hairs into place and lay hairs down for a laminated effect
