I read all the comments and knew these shoes might be uncomfortable, but I kept them because I love how they look. Here's my review after wearing them three times, each time for 5-6 hours of standing/walking:In terms of appearance, they are very flattering and go well with everything, especially summer dresses. However, if you have wide feet, you might want to size up because the front is quite narrow and not flexible. I usually wear a 6.5 and ordered a 7; it fits well but is still not very wide.In terms of comfort, the shoes are heavy and the front straps are very stiff perhaps my only major complaint. It took some time to break them in, but I found that putting band-aids right under the straps helped with not feeling the stiffness as much. Once broken in, they feel better and more comfortable.Overall, given the length and material, I wouldn't expect them to be exceptionally comfortable. I'd say they are neither extremely uncomfortable nor exceptionally comfortable somewhere in between, depending on your pain threshold. For me it was very painful the first time to the point that I wanted to change shoes but last time was better.
